The International Network for Nuclear Security Training and Support Centres (NSSC Network), coordinated by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), has just issued its first newsletter this year.
Among the other valuable information, there reader could also find an article by Mr. A. Livšic, Head of the Nuclear Security Centre of Excellence (NSCOE of the Republic of Lithuania) titled “Advanced NSSC Coordination with Stakeholders: Analysis of Operational Data to Sustain Nuclear Security“.
An article introduces the good practice of NSCOE advanced cooperation with stakeholders, which includes the collection and analysis of operational information with following provision of recommendations, identification of specific training and other needs of the stakeholders.
NSCOE has been an active member of the NSSC Network since 2012 and seeks, together with other partners, to contribute to the global nuclear security, to promote and support cooperation between individual members of the NSSC Network, as well as to share good practices between the parties.
